Family Yoga
Families enjoy time to play and relax together during this fun class for families. During each class families experience breath work, poses, relaxation, time to play and enjoy quiet time together. A great way for parents and kids to connect and learn ways to reduce stress, enjoy play and improve communication and empathy. Saturdays 9:30am-10:30am, Sundays 9:30am-10:30am. Cost: $250 per family/10-session.
