Many organizations have researched and implemented collaborative practices, knowing that their workers are often more productive and happier when working in connection with their co-workers or collaborating with others in the field.
Educators often find themselves teaching and planning alone in their classrooms, without the time to collaborate and seek out support from other education professionals. Teachers need support and encouragement to continue to offer students engaging lessons and deep connections to their learning and to each other.
Online Mentoring Groups for Educators offers professional educators an opportunity to meet with other educators from around the world to discuss best practices, receive and offer support and supervision for difficult classroom dynamics or individual student concerns, and support each other to thrive in all educational settings.
Join Monique and other educators from around the world for a small mentoring group. We will meet with 5-10 educational professionals to collaborate, support and share our experiences. We will also read books including: Sir Ken Robinson’s newest book, Creative Schools, Brene Brown’s book Daring Greatly, as well as Lou Cozalino’s book, Social Neuroscience of Education.
Topics include: Educational Leadership, Developing Support Networks, Personal Goal Setting, Classroom Goals, Challenges, Vulnerability, Creativity, Change
