Teen Empowerment Group
Sundays 1pm-3pm
For teens ages 13-15, this group focuses on building positive self-image and confidence, communication, managing stress and difficult emotions, team building, emotional resiliency, self-expression and strength through games, art, yoga and some community service.
Fall Term meets: Sept 11, 18, 25, Oct 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Nov 6, 13, 20, Dec 4, 11 – Cost: $455/13 weeks
Winter Term meets: Jan 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb 5, 12, 19, 26, March 5, 12, 19 – Cost: $385/11 weeks

Create n’ Connect for Teens
Wednesdays 6:00am-7:30pm
An empowerment group for teen girls, ages 14-16, to use art as a means to explore and talk about topics relevant to this stage of life. An opportunity for self-discovery, confidence-building, and community development. Cost: $275/10-week term

Trauma-Sensitive Art for Teens
Thursdays 6:00pm-7:30pm
A space for adolescents who may have experienced trauma or loss (ie. domestic violence, loss of a loved one, family issues, etc.) to engage in creative healing in a traumasensitive setting. The group will use art to promote sensory integration, self-ediscover, and positive identity and freedom, Members will be able to share/discuss their work (as they feel comfortable) in a compassionate group setting. This class is taught by Lilly Alexander, Ph.D. Participants are required to interview with Lilly before enrolling in the class to ensure that this program will meet the needs of all participants. Cost: $400/10-week term.
