The FASCETS neurobehavioral model provides participants with supportive strategies for ways to shift the way
that we understand the needs of people we care about and work with. This model offers a different way of looking at the ways we communicate through behavior. This training is also an opportunity to connect and build a sense of community with parents and professionals. Monique is a Certified Facilitator of the FASCETS Neurobehavioral Approach, offering training in innovative and holistic ways to work with individuals experiencing neurodiversity. The trainings below will be offered virtually.
Introductory Training – An hour an a half of overview about the FASCETS neurobehavioral model. This training is for parents, professionals and other providers who would like to find different ways to support the people they work with and care about. Upcoming dates – April 28 at 7pm-8:30pm, May 5 at 7pm-8:30pm, May 13 at 1pm-2:30pm. Cost $20 per participant.
Six Hour Training – We will meet for three 2-hour sessions to learn about the FASCETS neurobehavioral model and explore ways that you can better understand the needs of the individuals you work with and care for in your home. This is a helpful training for parents, professionals, foster care providers and professional support professionals. Upcoming dates – April 26, May 3 and May 10 10am-12pm; May 24, May 31 and June 7. Cost $130 per participant.
Twelve Hour Training – Join us for six 2-hour sessions to dive deeper into the material and learn about specific ways to support the individuals you care for. We will learn about the brain, important information about relationships and how to foster improved understanding and connection with the individuals you work with and care for in your home. This training offers valuable insight for parents, professionals, foster care providers and professionals working with individuals enrolled in developmental disability services. Upcoming dates – July 12, 19, 26, August 2, 9, 16 10am-12pm; September 8, 15, 22, 29, October 6, 13 from 9:30am-11:30am. Cost $275 per participant.
Eighteen Hour Training – This is our most comprehensive training, offering nine two-hour sessions to learn about specific ways to support individuals you care for and ways to become advocates and change makers. Learning about neurodiversity, the brain, interpersonal relationships, behavior change and ways to make a difference in your community, this training will prepare you to make a significant difference at home, at work and in the world. Upcoming dates: July 7, 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11 9am-12pm. Cost $450 per participant.
