Right Brained Business Owners’ Collaborative offers the following services to creative entrepreneurs:
Coaching
We will help you identify your current business needs and help you develop a path to help you meet those needs so you have time to grow your business and find more time for your own goals.
Using a creative process, we will help you identify the the 4 main areas of your business which need support and identify your 4 main personal goals that you want to achieve. Using our in-house referral system, we will help you find people who can support you right away, helping you meet your business needs and move closer to your goals.
Referral Network
We take care of the HR issues for your business. We hire creative professionals in the areas of: Marketing, Systems Administration (including web design, marketing, social media), Bookkeeping and General Organization and Housekeeping, connect you with those professionals and follow both you and your new contractor for two months, until you are ready to decide to hire that professional, are satisfied with a completed project, or move on to another professional who may be better able to support your needs.
We are a collaborative team and believe in a collaborative process. Drawing up on our collective experiences working in business as Right Brained Professionals, we will support you and your new hires with systems and strategies to develop collaborative communication with the goals of supporting both you and your new support staff.
Cost
For a one-time fee of $800.00, we will meet with you, go through an initial coaching process, help you identify your needs and goals and begin the process of networking you with professionals who can support you. We will work with you and your new support staff for two months, help you put systems into place, support you in the collaborative communication process and help you complete a project, decide to hire your support staff, or help you find someone who will better suit your needs.
On-going support and small group programs are available for an additional cost.

Kristine Bella, MA, ATR-BC, CADC1
is a co-founder and the Executive Director of Free Arts NW. Kris is a Nationally Board Certified Art Therapist and a founding member of the Portland Creative Arts Therapy Coalition. She graduated from Marylhurst College in 1997 and has worked as an adolescent and family therapist in the Portland area. She is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of youth.
Monique Terner, M.Ed., RYT is the owner of Creative Roots, a creative learning center in NW Portland. She brings her experience in education and creative life coaching to her clients, empowering them to….
